We charge a flat rate for ground shipping with is $9.99 for orders up to $69. Orders over $49 ship ground service for free. We offer Next Day, Second Day and Three Day air service from UPS as well as Priority Mail delivery from the post office for an additional charge. **Note** Free Ground Shipping Does Not Cover PO Boxes! Please select a different shipping method if being shipped directly to a PO BOX
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. There are times, based on order volume, that we may not make this commitment, however we will ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are not shipped on weekends. You will receive a tracking number (if you select UPS as your shipper) once the product has been picked up by UPS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders being shipped ground service can be expected to arrive within 3 to 7 days depending on location. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can keep tabs on your order every step of the way.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We only ship to the 50 United States.
I'm in the military, can I order from you?
Absolutely! We welcome orders from our military heroes. We will ship your order to an FPO or APO address via US Priority Mail at an additional charge. Rates vary by order weight and can be obtained during the shopping process.
What is your return policy?
For sanitary reasons, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL." Credit will be given for battery operated items with a mechanical defect only. Please check your items before using them. No credit can be issued for anything that has been used (not even one time). Please return defective items within 30 days of purchase, in the original packaging, along with the packing slip to:

Yes! Our products are shipped in a plain package or a Fed Ex or USPS package and it only says our P.O Box Address on it. Nobody but you will know what is inside!
